- All of the following terms and conditions must be adhered
to and are legally binding immediately upon agreement. Livedialer.com reserves the
right to terminate any agreement upon their discretion.
- The surfer downloads the dialer software off your website.
After the surfer downloads the software, The dialer prompts the surfer to reconnect to the
internet, it then disconnects their PC from the internet, redials one of our numbers to
reconnect to the internet through the dialermosaic charging mechanism, and directs the PC's
web browser to load a specified page.
- Livedialer.com will pay you up to $1.39 per min while user
stay connected via our dialer.
- We pay twice a month. On the 17th and the 3rd of the
month. Money you make for the 1st-14th of that month you are payed on the 17th of that month.
Money you make 15-30/31 you are paid on the 3rd. Or the next working day if either paydate
falls on a weekend.
- If You use Dialer A, Livedialer.com will not initiate wires for any amount less than $150 U.S. and will not
initiate checks for any amount less than $100 U.S. There will be a charge of $30.00 U.S.
wire transfers.
- THE WORD "FREE" CANNOT BE USED TO PROMOTE THIS DIALER
- NO SPAM OF ANY KIND
- Child porn, beastly, rape and other illegal sites will be terminated immediatly
and will not be paid.
- Livedialer.com will not be held responsible for loss
due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical
errors.
- We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time,
without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for
ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it has been
determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way you will not be paid.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
without prior notice to webmasters.
- We have the right to change payments at any given time without notice.
- All funds are paid in U.S. funds by check or wire transfer (30$ wire fee).
